📰 Third Order from an Indonesian Customer: Expanding from Welding Tools to CNC Routing
Today, a CNC routing machine was packed and shipped to a long-term customer in Indonesia, marking their third order with Weissenberg.
The cooperation began with extrusion welding tools, followed by a plastic sheet butt welding machine. After positive long-term use and stable production performance, the customer decided to further expand their workshop by adding a CNC routing machine to their fabrication line.
A Step-by-Step Upgrade Based on Real Production Needs
Rather than investing all at once, the customer expanded their equipment configuration gradually:
• First order: Extrusion welding tools for structural plastic welding
• Second order: Plastic sheet butt welding machine for high-strength panel joints
• Third order: CNC routing machine for cutting, trimming, and finishing plastic sheets
Each purchase decision was based on actual production experience and equipment performance over time.
Why Cutting Accuracy Matters in Plastic Fabrication
In plastic sheet fabrication, cutting accuracy directly affects welding precision and final assembly quality.
As production volume grows, workshops often look to improve dimensional consistency and reduce manual handling between processes.
This is closely related to material behavior and welding parameters, especially when working with HDPE, PP, and PVDF sheets under different process conditions.
Long-Term Cooperation Across Equipment Categories
This third order reflects a common path among experienced plastic fabricators: starting with a single process solution and gradually building a more complete fabrication capability as production requirements evolve.
The machine has completed packing and export preparation and has left our facility today.
We appreciate the continued trust of our Indonesian customer and value long-term partnerships built on real production performance.
