3-Meter Welding & Bending Combo System Delivered to a New Customer in Colombia Before Chinese New Year
A 3-meter welding and bending combination machine has been successfully completed, tested, and shipped to a new customer in Colombia, fulfilling a fast-track delivery commitment made ahead of the Chinese New Year.
The customer first contacted us on December 15, 2025 to learn more about the equipment and application details. After several technical discussions and configuration confirmation, the order was placed on December 17, 2025—reflecting a high level of trust in both our solution and delivery capability.
Fast Decision, Clear Requirements
From the beginning, the customer had one key requirement: the machine needed to be completed and shipped before the Chinese New Year.
This timeline required a compressed production schedule. While the lead time was tight, our engineering and production teams coordinated closely to ensure that quality standards and process control were not compromised at any stage.
On-Time Delivery Without Compromising Quality
Despite the accelerated schedule, the machine completed full assembly, functional testing, welding and bending performance verification, pre-shipment inspection, and export packing. A pre-shipment testing video was also shared with the customer before dispatch, providing full transparency on machine performance.
The system integrates plastic sheet welding and bending functions into a single platform, commonly referred to as a [2-in-1 welding and bending system].
Positive Feedback from the Customer
Throughout the project, the customer expressed satisfaction with the communication efficiency, delivery progress, and overall machine configuration. In addition to performance expectations, the customer also commented positively on the industrial design and overall appearance of the machine.
Building Trust with New Customers
This project reflects a typical cooperation path with new international customers: clear technical communication, realistic delivery commitments, and disciplined execution.
In overseas markets, projects often operate on fixed installation windows and predefined construction schedules.
Compressed lead times before major holidays or site milestones are becoming increasingly common, making delivery reliability and production discipline critical factors when customers evaluate equipment suppliers.
We appreciate the trust placed in us by our Colombian customer and remain committed to supporting their production with reliable equipment and long-term technical support.
