Fitting Fabrication Machine ATLA800 CNC Introduction

The ATLA800 CNC is a flagship CNC-controlled fitting fabrication machine, designed for high-precision and efficient production of medium-diameter thermoplastic fittings. It accommodates pipe sizes from 400mm to 800mm and is ideal for fabricating elbows, tees, crosses, and wyes from materials such as HDPE, PP, and PVDF.

Smart Control, Reliable Traceability

Pre-programmed welding cycles and a custom welding standard. The welding process is displayed on a 10-inch MCGS touch screen (1024X 600) with a guided workflow that minimizes human intervention and error. For batch production, parameters can be reused to improve efficiency. The system stores up to 10,000 welding records and supports USB export in PDF/CVS/JPG format for full traceability and project compliance.

Power & Efficiency

A machine body with two hydraulically controlled carriages. The movement of the heating plate and facer is driven by servo motors, providing agile response with fast, smooth, and quiet motion.

Remote Diagnostics & Upgrades

The system supports remote troubleshooting and OTA software updates, allowingtechnical teams to identify and resolve issues without the need for on-site service.
