High-Precision CNC Control

Its die-cast aluminum main clamps are CNC-machined for high strength and exceptional accuracy, ensuring more precise HDPE fitting fabrication during welding. Servo-driven facers, heaters, and carriages provide fast, stable movement, while encoder feedback and PLC control guarantee consistent positioning and reliable operation.

Smart Control & Traceability

A 10-inch MCGS touch screen with a 1024×600 display provides an intuitive, icon-based interface and guided welding to reduce operator errors. Batch parameters can be reused for higher efficiency. The system stores up to 10,000 welding records and supports USB PDF export, ensuring full traceability and compliance for HDPE fitting fabrication.

Versatile Clamping System

The machine is equipped with dedicated left and right clamps for producing elbows, tees, and crosses up to φ315mm, supported by a complete set of aluminum inserts from φ90mm to φ315mm. This comprehensive setup enables quick adaptation to different fitting sizes, streamlines changeovers, and significantly enhances versatility and efficiency in workshop operations.
