🏭 Months After Delivery, WeiForm Pro 3000 Is Now Supporting Daily Production in Colombia
Several months after receiving their WeiForm Pro 3000 Welding & Bending Combo System, our customer in Colombia recently shared photos from their workshop, showing the machine in daily operation.
For any equipment manufacturer, there is no better feedback than seeing a machine successfully integrated into a customer's production process.
This project began in December 2025, when the customer first contacted Weissenberg to discuss their plastic sheet fabrication requirements. After learning more about the machine and evaluating the solution, the customer quickly placed the order and requested delivery before the Chinese New Year holiday.
To meet the customer's production schedule, our team completed manufacturing, testing, and shipment on time before the holiday. At that stage, we shared factory testing photos and videos showing the machine's welding and bending performance before delivery.
Today, several months later, the machine is no longer in our factory—it is now part of the customer's daily production.
The photos shared by the customer show the WeiForm Pro 3000 being used for thermoplastic sheet fabrication inside their workshop. Seeing equipment operating in real production conditions is always more meaningful than factory testing alone, as it demonstrates how the machine performs in day-to-day manufacturing environments.
The WeiForm Pro 3000 combines plastic sheet butt welding and sheet bending functions into a single platform, helping fabricators improve workflow efficiency while reducing material handling and workshop space requirements. The system is suitable for processing PP, PE, PVC, and PVDF sheets for a wide range of industrial fabrication applications.
What makes these photos particularly valuable is that they represent real-world production rather than staged demonstrations. They provide a direct view of how thermoplastic fabrication equipment is used in practical manufacturing environments.
