UK Customer Returns to Weissenberg Factory for Final Inspection of 6.5-Meter Plastic Sheet Bending Machine
A customer from the United Kingdom recently returned to the Weissenberg factory for the final inspection of a newly completed 6.5-meter plastic sheet bending machine before shipment.
This project was designed for large-format thermoplastic sheet processing applications requiring stable bending consistency and precise forming performance.
However, what made this project particularly meaningful was not only the machine itself, but the cooperation process behind it.
From the initial inquiry to meeting at an international exhibition, to visiting the factory for technical evaluation, the customer gradually gained a deeper understanding of Weissenberg’s manufacturing capability, production standards, and fabrication approach.
During the earlier evaluation stage, the customer observed the machine’s bending process, forming quality, and overall structural stability in person. After confirming the required bending performance and processing capability, the customer officially moved forward with the project.
Recently, the customer visited the factory again for the final machine inspection before delivery.
Large-format thermoplastic bending projects often require more than standard processing capability.
For long-length sheet fabrication applications, manufacturers typically pay closer attention to:

During the inspection process, the customer carefully reviewed the machine structure, operation stability, heating condition, and final bending results.
The machine also completed on-site bending demonstrations during the factory inspection.
