Weissenberg WeiFlex 2000 is a precise plastic sheet bending machine for thermoplastics like PP, PE, and PVC, supporting widths up to 2000mm. It features digital temperature control and adjustable bending angles from 0° to 95°, which makes it ideal for fabricating chemical tanks, electroplating baths, and structural components with high accuracy and efficiency.

Sequential Triple-Fold Bending

It enables seamless three-step bending in one workflow and is ideal for fast and precise fabrication of plating tanks and enclosed rectangular structures.

Rear Material Ejection

Allows easy removal of completed parts from the back of the machine, streamlining workflow and boosting overall productivity.

Precision Locking Clamps

Deliver firm and uniform clamping to maintain accurate sheet positioning and ensure reliable, high-strength weld seams.

SMC Pneumatic Components
