1) Fold

Use a PP/PVC/PE Sheet Bending Machine to form standing edges, turned-back lips, and ring stiffeners.
For rectangular sections, add bent ribs and corner blocks so panels feel “stiff out of the box.”

2) Join

Roll into round shapes or assemble into rectangular shells.
Use a Plastic Sheet Butt Welder to hot-press overlap seams into wide, flat, continuous joints with stable strength and airtightness.
(If your project occasionally requires sheet-to-sheet butt joints, you can add a Plastic Panel Butt Welder—the core duct seams still rely on overlap welding.)

3) Seal

Finish leak-prone details—flanges, elbows, tees.
Turn back a lip for the flange, add gasket + bolts, and use hot-air tools for activation and tacking before final sealing.

Step-by-Step Manufacturing

Seam Hot-Pressing

With a Thermoplastic Sheet Welder, run heat → pressure/hold → clamp-cool to produce continuous overlap seams.

Flanges & Fittings

Turned-back lips + gasket + bolts; prefer large-radius elbows/tees to reduce pressure loss and stress.

Checks & Leak Test

Visual + dimensional checks, followed by smoke/low-pressure leak testing with photos for traceability.

 • Rectangular: Add ribs on the long side, corner blocks, and turned-back flanges for stability
