Plastic Sheet Welder WeiBond 3000 Introduction

The Weissenberg WeiBond 3000 is a high-capacity butt welding machine designed for joining thermoplastic sheets from 3 to 30 mm in thickness, with a maximum welding width of 3000 mm. Engineered for demanding industrial environments such as aquaculture, PP scrubber tower fabrication, and water treatment plants, it ensures reliable performance even on large-format sheets.

Uniform Melting

Minimizing temperature differences ensures uniform melting, preventing weak spots and enhancing weld strength and stability.

Heat-Treated Steel

 The frame is made of heat-treated steel, ensuring that it will not deform during long-term use, improving the durability of the equipment.

DVS2207 Standards

Preloaded DVS2207 welding standards help operators set parameters according to industry best practices.

Synchronized Steel Structure
